Alexis has experience in federal and state health care regulatory compliance issues involving the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, HIPAA, Corporate Practice of Medicine, the No Surprises Act, Medicare, and Medicaid, as well as health care M&A and corporate training. Alexis also has experience in legal research and judicial drafting for judges. Prior to law school, Alexis worked in health care software traveling the United States training and consulting on SaaS claims adjudication systems and other related systems. She received her LL.M. in Health Law from Georgetown University Law Center and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
