Zach Gabrielson focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from workplace incidents, motor vehicle accidents, and intentional torts. Zach also has experience with premises liability, negligent security, government liability, government litigation and administrative law, civil and criminal RICO, and healthcare law.

Before joining SSMK, Zach clerked for Augusta Judicial Circuit Judge Jesse C. Stone. This experience offered Zach exposure to a wide variety of legal disputes and gave him a familiarity with criminal law, family law, and the difficulties individuals face when forced to navigate the legal system without competent representation. With an understanding of these difficulties, Zach strives to use the privilege of a legal education to advise and guide those in need of assistance through the system with which they are confronted. In law school, Zach externed with the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office Appellate Division and participated in the GSU College of Law’s Urban Fellows program and Health Law Partnership Legal Clinic.
