Joseph Minock counsels clients involved in complex, high-exposure civil matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States, primarily in the healthcare industry. His civil litigation practice focuses on complicated commercial disputes, including investigating and litigating healthcare fraud and RICO claims against various providers and ancillary entities.

Joseph is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Georgia and Virginia, and he has appeared pro hac vice at his clients’ requests in several other states. Joseph was most recently recognized as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers magazine in 2020.

Joseph received his law degree from the Emory University School of Law, where he served as an executive editor on the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
